Check in procedure
You must check in at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time. This allows for passport procedures and time to get into the boarding lanes. As there are a variety of shops at both the English and French terminals it is recommended you arrive slightly earlier to give you time to pickup a bargain!
You will need your booking reference number and the credit ordebit card you used to make your booking. The person whose card was use to book the journey must travel in your vehicle.

Located close to Folkestone in Kent, Eurotunnel Le Shuttle have their own exit on the M20 (junction 11A).

Location
The French terminal is just outside Calais. On the A16 motorway, take junction 42, and the slip road takes you straight to the Check-In booths.
